1. Who you are dealing with

vpsmarketplace.com is operated by Scout Theory LLC ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@vpsmarketplace.com.

2. What we sell you

Nothing. No service is provisioned here, no payment is taken here, and no contract for hosting is formed here. Every plan listed is sold by a third-party provider under that provider's own terms. Your relationship for anything you buy is with them.

3. Accuracy of the data

Prices and specifications are sourced from providers' public pages and carry the date they were last checked. Providers change pricing without warning, run region-specific and promotional rates, and occasionally publish specs that do not match what is delivered.

4. Rankings are arithmetic, not advice

Sort order is computed from the published dataset. It is a mathematical result, not a recommendation, not professional advice, and not a judgement that a plan suits your workload. You are responsible for deciding what your workload needs.

5. Affiliate relationships

Some outbound links are affiliate links and may pay us a commission. This is disclosed on the about page and in the footer of every page. Commission status is not an input to the ranking function. Separately, and disclosed for the avoidance of doubt: the operator also owns MDEHost, which appears in the index and is labelled as operator-owned wherever it appears.

6. The dataset

Individual facts — a price, a core count — are not ours and cannot be owned by anyone. The compiled dataset, the normalisation and ranking logic, the written copy and the design of this site are ours. Personal and internal use is fine, as is quoting figures with attribution and a link. Systematic scraping, bulk redistribution or republishing the compilation as your own is not.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not automate requests at a rate that degrades service for other readers.
• Do not submit corrections you know to be false in order to damage a competitor's listing.

8. Third-party links

Outbound links go to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their pricing, their security, or what they do with data you give them.

9. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of this site or from any purchase made from a listed provider. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page moves when they are, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Ohio. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
